Blackpool Coastal Housing

  • Design of a bespoke 360’ Appraisal system for the Board and SMT members of Blackpool Coastal Housing.
  • This includes the 360’ administration and feedback sessions for over 25 board and SMT members.

ZADCO (Abu Dhabi)

  • Design, development and delivery of a three day workshop looking at Business Ethics

The Royal Mint, Llantrissant

  • Design, delivery and consultancy of a Royal Mint project management specific methodology.

Oman Cement - Oman

  • Muscat (Oman) based organisation for which we have developed a series of 2-day workshops around first line management, problem solving and decision-making.

Yorkshire Housing

  • The design, development and implementation of a bespoke Project Management methodology to support the organisation’s corporate plan for 2012 as well as ongoing consultancy

Zubair Corporation - Oman

  • A Muscat (Oman) based organisation for which we developed a 2-day project management and people development workshops to support their graduate recruitment programme.
  • Delivered a series of coaching workshops to middle and senior management on the importance of coaching in the workplace.

Department for Transport

  • Working in conjunction with a larger training supplier we developed a series of modular 2 day workshops centred around the Association of Project Management (APM) curriculum for Project Management
  • In addition we also developed a 2 day People Development module to support the project managers

HSBC Bank (UK)

  • Provided consultancy to refine the current HSBC Project Management methodology within EMEA
  • Designed, developed and delivered a 5-day project Management course which includes modules on Managing people in projects, Team Building, Motivation etc.
  • Facilitated workshops and Away Days for Procurement.

Obajana Cement Factory, Nigeria (Part of the Danote Group of Companies)

  • Designed a 5-day management development programme for middle and senior management enabling them to learn new skills and put into practise in a safe environment a wide range of tools and techniques for business and people management.

UBS Investment Bank (Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, London)

  • Part of a small but highly focussed delivery team delivering a series of learning interventions based around Sales, Procurement, Negotiations and Supplier Management.

Cisco Systems (Netherlands, Belgium)

  • Part of a small team that delivers an intensive a total of 20 days sales training, taking graduates from the basics into advanced presentation and negotiations. This training takes place on a quarterly basis.

Welsh Assembly Government (Wales)

  • Delivery of Project Management training (Principles and Advanced) as well as learning interventions based around WAG’s Performance Management system.
  • Provided support and delivery during communications phases on the Flexible Business Solutions (FBS) currently nearing its final stages of execution prior to a go live 1st April 08.

Serco (UK)

  • Worked with the top Divisional HRD’s on the design of a new ‘Leadership Model’ for Serco to enable the identification, reward, retention and development of current and future leaders
  • Responsible for the design and development of a ‘Performance Management’ framework for Serco globally (46,000 employees) utilising a 5 point rating system that can be applied across the organisation and also in the identification of High Potentials and Emerging Leaders, this is linked to Serco’s ‘Pay for Performance’ senior leader remuneration plan and is currently in the first phase of pilot and implementation with the top 300 leaders.
  • Worked closely with external consultants on the design and construction of a Leadership based 360’ tool to support Performance Management as well as Leadership Development for Serco’s top 300 leaders.
  • Designed and delivered a bespoke training programme centred on the technical, process and behavioural areas of Serco’s internal Customer Relationship Management application.

PHS

  • Design and development of a series of bespoke workshops looking at Managing 3rd Party suppliers
  • The workshops were designed to allow the delegates to be able to manage the communication, conflict and negotiation with 3rd party suppliers as well as to allow for enhanced procurement to provide value for money.

Atkins Management Consultants (UK)

  • Designed, developed and delivered a training programme on the use of a bespoke software application for Estyn (HM Education Inspectors in Wales)
  • Delivered Prince 2, MSP, APM Certificate training courses for a wide range of public sector clients (DVLA, OPDM, DSTL, DTi)
  • Designed a bespoke project management learning event course for British Energy (Work pack Managers). This course was designed to give middle level project managers an update in their skills, knowledge and experience within this area.

Dell Computers (EMEA)

  • Initial start up consultancy and later full Programme & Project Management of a global sales training programme, including sourcing, procurement, delivery and post implementation review as well as ROI calculations.
  • Introduced a robust framework for the evaluation of sales and management training programmes, demonstrating cost reduction through Return on Investment by linking with business measures such as reduced recruitment costs and increased retention rate as well as improved an overall increase in sales targets met and achieved.

Corus

  • Consultancy and re-design of internal training materials for an internal Foundation level Project Management course.

Alcatel Telecom (Now Alcatel Lucent)

  • Design and Delivery of ‘off the shelf’ and bespoke learning solutions for major multi-national clients to enable them to realise business objectives in the most cost effective manner.
  • Change Management and Functional Development for UK & Ireland - ‘Alcatel University’ which resulted in improved customer relationships and new training contracts worth in the region of £100,000.

Hewlett Packard

  • Delivery of Leadership & Management programmes as well as Time Management, Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills and Team Building and Development programmes.
