The Human Givens Approach & Applications

 Aims:

 To introduce an easily understandable approach to human behavior and what it is that makes us human.

 Objectives:

Participants will gain an understanding of the Human Givens approach and how it can be applied in a variety of work & non-work based situations –including relationships, coaching, recruitment, training and development.

 Learning Outcomes:

  •  At the end of the course, participants will be able to explain in relation to their own lives

  •  What the Human Givens are 

  •  Our emotional needs- what happens when they are met or un-met

  •  Our tools and resources- when they are well used or miss used

  • Pattern Matching and emotional drivers in and how they affect mental and physical health

  • Applying the Human Givens approach

  • Effective ways to help people learn & develop

  • Action Learning
