Workshop Description
Change is happening all the time. It is important for us to understanding how we react to change and how others may also react to that change. Within the organisational context, change interventions are often linked with training & development activities. We all need to learn to develop strategies to reduce resistance and build support for change within the organisations that we are working with. This 2-day workshop will give you a toolkit of skills and techniques to help take people though change.

- Identify your own and other people’s reactions to change
- Understand the importance of organisational context when planning change interventions
- Develop strategies for reducing resistance and building support

This is a 2 day workshop.
Workshop Cost
- This workshop costs £1400 for an in house delivery with a maximum of 12 delegates for two days
- This workshop costs £175 per delegate when booked on an open course. Maximum number on open course is 10 delegates.
