Building High Performance Teams

Event description

This is a highly participative 2-day event, which will:

• Create an environment where team dynamics and evolution take place
  
• Introduce delegates top the structure and knowledge of team evolution and team dynamics
  
• Study the behaviours, skills and capabilities, attributes and beliefs to team leading
  
• Engage delegates in action activities to stimulate learning of skills
  
• Demonstrate the strategy of ‘decisive decision making’ that reflects a true appreciation of all the consequences that may arise
  
• Establish a framework of team coaching skills to support planning, delegation and team buy-in to achieve team objectives using the resources available
  
• Provide an appreciation of diverse team thinking styles and what can be done to harness talent within the team and release the peak potential of all involved

This event is suitable for anyone working within, or leading a team. 

Delegates will learn to:

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of team evolution and the management of teams
  
• Build for themselves and environment where successful team evolution can take place
  
• Work within a team to their full potential
  
• Establish their own style of thinking within a team that reflects who they are and supports the growth of other team members
  
• Get people on side and keep them on side
  
• Craft successful plans, delegate work and achieve team objectives using behaviour and language cues that pioneer members of the team to be the best they can be, resulting in raising desired personal ownership and accountability
  
• Identify within a team exactly what is going on and create the right stimulus to move the team forward 

This event utilises a psychometric assessment to focus and improve delegate’s communications skills.

Workshop Cost

• This workshop costs £1400 for an in house delivery with a maximum of 12 delegates for two days
• This workshop costs £175 per delegate when booked on an open course. Maximum number on open course is 10 delegates.
