Rubus Consultants - Our Pricing Policy

The first thing that many organisations cut in downturns is training & development, sales and marketing budgets.

However the clever organisations, those with an eye for the future and the upturn, realise that to cut to much or to cut to hard results in a worksforce deficcient in skills, knowledge and behaviours to take thier company forward when the upturn begins.

They have to spend more money on advertisement, recruitment and training of new staff. It is a much cheaper alternative to train the staff you already have.

Our pricing policy reflects this. We charge a flat project fee for inhouse delivery and a flat day rate for all open workshops.

Inhouse Delivery

£700 per day which includes materials, notes, travel, subsiustence and accomodation.

VAT at the prevailing rate is NOT included.

Open Workshops

£175 per delegate per day. This includes materials, notes, lunch, tea & coffee etc through out the day.
