Project Mangement Workshops

Rubus Consultants run's a wide series of Project Management workshops. We do not run Certification type courses such as Prince 2 or AMP. Our reasining behind this fourfold:

• The courses are essentially a course to pass an exam; not to learn how to become a Project Manager
• The courses offer little if any practical experience of using PM tools
• The courses are often more about 'memorising the book' than real world experience.
• They cost too much to offer value for money

All of our workshops therefore are designed to be the opposite of the above!

• We have maximum interactivity and experiential learnining on our workshops in using the skills, knowledge and behaviours that are required to be a good PM
• We don't expect people to memorise the book - doing is far more important in retaining information than reading
• We believe that our workshops offer excellent value for money!
